CATS are allowed: weight limit 50 lbs each; additional deposit $200 per cat; additional monthly rent $25 per cat. DOGS are allowed: weight limit 50 lbs each; additional deposit $200 per dog; additional monthly rent $25 per dog. No more than 2 animals per unit. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., no Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, etc.). Pets must be spayed/neutered, over one year old, licensed, inoculated, and certified by a veterinarian.
